America Embraces II BIG

Just as America's strength and history are made up of millions of individuals from hundreds of ethnic and geographical origins, so is II BIG's wealth of talent. Five men from diverse backgrounds and musical influences have been producing original recordings, touring medium-sized clubs and performance halls, as well as opening for such classic rock favorites as Foghat, Blue Oyster Cult, Loverboy, Grand Funk Railroad, Ricky Skaggs, Joe Walsh, REO Speedwagon, Ted Nugent, The Jeff Healey band, Eddie Money, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and most recently for Styx.

Whether it's an intimate setting of 200, or a room of 2,000+, the band's powerful guitars and perfectly tuned vocals echo classic rock originality. These band members have formed a union, which develops ideas and sets its goals for the future. A tradition of quality entertainment lives within each and every member of the II BIG family.

II BIG's latest CD on Russian River Records, "Sound of the Highway" features 10 songs that bring home the classic rock and roll sound that the world fell in love with. Each tune tells a story reminiscent of timeless hit song originality!

Six songs from this CD are currently playing on 1706 radio stations across the country. The combination of extraordinary talent, superb management and great songs keeps the band on the radio map and headed toward the top.

Aubrey Hansen stands up front with his solid guitar playing and soulful vocals that can bring tears to your eyes, as well as make you get up and dance—transferring the heart of any tune right to the listener's soul.

Tom Hansen, keyboards/vocals, has performed since he was 15. He adds years of professional talent and emotional feeling to the sound of II BIG.

Vince Knight, rhythm guitar/vocals, has performed for many years. His guitar playing talent provides a solid rhythmic foundation for II BIG and his harmony singing adds the full vocal sound to the band.

Roger Vance brings 35 years experience on both electric and upright bass to the II BIG sound. He's played with dozens of big name musicians, touring extensvely through the US, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean....and is here to take any listener on a very good ride.

Ken Ingels' drumming provides a solid rhythmic foundation for II BIG's sound with a style reminiscent of John Bonham. Drummers of this caliber are one in a million!
